Falling Wedge

The falling wedge is a bullish chart pattern that can be either a reversal pattern or a continuation pattern, depending on the trend factor.

This pattern acts like a triangle, beginning with a wide at the top then narrow price ranges as prices move lower. If the falling wedge has an obvious upward, that signifies a bullish continuation, while a downward trend represents a reversal will be followed.
