Wedges are price patterns used in technical analysis. They consist of two converging trendlines that connect the respective highs and lows of an asset over time. The wedges pattern may rise or fall, indicating that the lines tend to converge and form a wedge-like shape. Wedges generate signals of buying and selling when the prices break the higher resistance trendline and lower support trendline.
